This evocative family-oriented drama delves into the trials and triumphs in the life of two brothers, Achutha Menon (Thilakan) and Ravunni Menon (Murali) who went their separate ways during their youth.
However, as they mellow with age, the brothers mend fences and become the best of friends, sharing their thoughts, emotions, fears and struggle.
Achutha Menon is shattered by the demise of his wife who had stood by him through thick and thin for the last 40 years. Ravunni Menon's woes are worse; after the death of his wife, his children neglect him. Ravunni Menon is also suffering from a terminal illness.
Will the brothers stand by each other in tough times and ensure that the pain, loneliness and fears of old-age do not defeat them? How will their futures unfold?
