Aandhi Aur Toofan (1964)

Lakhan, who was born through royal parentage, was brought up by a peasant named Hari Singh. Hari singh had a son named Ram. Ram and Lakhan become inseparable and their bond is not divided by anybody. They come across a Diwan who tried to pull money out of their father and when Ram and Lakhan fight him off, Diwan plans revenge on them. After few years Raj jyotishi who informs of their relation, Ram and Lakhan come to know they are not biologically related and they become hostile to each other. Lakhan becomes sour to the palace pleasantries and falls in love with the court dancer Mala. Ram's father is killed and Ram becomes a bandit who swears to kill the murderer. Ram rescues Mala and they fall in love with each other. Lakhan meets up with Ram to reconcile and he reveals to Ram about a woman he had loved and gone missing, Ram plans to find the girl and promises to marry her to Lakhan not knowing that it was Mala being referred to in this situation. What will happen to Ram and Lakhan's bond when they come to realize they love the same woman.
