Factual Mistake
Akash and Neha several times remove their surgical masks while in the operating room. This is a violation of basic surgical practice, as it would contaminate the sterile environment. (The most egregious example of this is in the brain surgery at the beginning of the film when Akash pulls off his surgical mask to yell at Neha while his patient is lying on the operating table in front of him with an open skull.)

Factual Mistake
Several times, doctors are shown shocking patients through their clothes. Defibrillation is always done on the bare skin.

Character Error
Doctors are shown placing defibrillator paddles side-by-side in the middle of patients' chests. The correct placement is with one paddle below the right shoulder and the other below the left nipple.

Audio/Video Mismatch
Ventilator sounds can be heard throughout the subdural procedure but the patient is not intubated
The film marks Honey Irani's directorial debut.

This film is the first time Amitabh Bachchan worked with a female director.

The film was initially titled Nazookh.

Amitabh Bachchan and Anil Kapoor share screen space for the first time in this film.
