Avan Aval (2016)

Suspenseful and scintillating, this romantic thriller traces the twists and turns in the life of Venkatakrishnan, a sincere man. After getting married to a beautiful woman, he takes her to Kodaikanal to meet his grandmother. His wife's behaviour shocks him and hurts his grandmother, but he returns to Chennai and remains faithful to her.

His wife becomes enamoured with a playboy who claims to be a doctor, and when Venkatakrishnan finds his wife in bed with him, he kills them both in a fit of rage. He develops a deep hatred for all those people who maintain illicit relationships and becomes a serial killer.

In the process, he meets Kalpana, a mentally unstable woman with an obsession for Rohit, her friend Nisha's associate. Somehow, Kalpana mistakes Venkatakrishnan to be Rohit and showers her love upon him. Will Venkatakrishnan decide to spend his life as Rohit? What will the future hold in store for Rohit and Kalpana?
