Months after the entire country was devastated by the dreaded 2008 Mumbai attacks, an uneasy calm has settled over the country. In the meantime, a terrorist group led by Saifudeen (Daniel Balaji) have planned bomb blasts in five places in Kochi.
At the same time, Sakriya Thomas, the Home Minister of Kerala has arrived at the hospital for his wife's delivery. Meanwhile, the extremists have also taken this opportunity to kidnap the Home Minister and his newborn baby for leverage.
Saifudeen has already kidnapped three newborn babies when he is interrupted by Dr. Balagopal (Mohanlal). The terrorists also succeed in kidnapping the Home Minister. Will Dr. Balagopal and the Indian authorities succeed in foiling the militants' plot, defeat the terrorists and ensure the safety of the Home Minister and the babies?
