Brahma Mudi (1985)

This youthful romantic drama traces the twists and turns in the life of Rajni, a beautiful and vivacious college student. She is well-loved and admired by everyone, the male students. One of her secret admirers is Trinath, a shy bookworm from a conservative family.

Chakravarty is the college bully. In a complex sequence of pigments, Trinath is forced to stand against Chakravarty to contest the college elections. As Chakravarty threatens everyone with dire circumstances, nobody including Trinath votes for himself, but Rajni opposes Chakravarty.

Over a period of time, Trinath and Rajni fall in love, but Chakravarty is equally adamant in his desire to possess her. How will this complex love triangle pan out?
