Peter, a 13-year-old son of a rich English family is known for being cruel towards children, animals, and servants. One night he gets ambushed and wakes up in a coffin buried underground in the city's Gothic cemetery by a servant boy from his mother's estate. When a powerful earthquake affects his area, Peter gets trapped and his whereabouts are forgotten. A century later, an English archaeologist and his daughter arrive in the city and stumble upon his grave which awakens his spirit.
