When Baby Oopsie stabs David in his hand with a knife, she stabs him between his middle & ring fingers, in the next shot, the cut moves between his pinkie and ring finger, the cut only appears on the back of his hand even though the knife went all the way through and in the end when he's putting the Toys heads in the crate, there's no scar where he was stabbed.

All of the main characters are named after friends of the director whom he worked with at the Walt Disney Company.
