Mahalakshmipura slum boy Gajendra takes on opponents who wanted to vacate the slum land and give it to a foreign company. The land shark had government support. The silent protest by Gajendra moved the chief minister, Srinivasamurthy.
His opponents Sharat Lohitashva, Shobaraj and Sathyaprakash try to eliminate Gajendra's power. That is not possible because Gajendra had the support of the chief minister. Gajendra, an ordinary auto driver, contest in the by-election. The opponents kidnapped the chief minister for their demand and it is up to Gajendra to rescue him.
