This fast-paced crime thriller follows the dangerous faced by Raghava Menon (Jayaram), a police officer whose main goal in life is to destroy the mafia. Grabbing a risky, but potentially effective option, he goes undercover and joins the gang of Jose, also known as Pambu Jose (Biju Menon), a dreaded underworld don, whose rival is Minnal Thankan (P.Balachandran). Joses close aide is Ninja Hakkim (Anil Murali) and gun moll is Rita (Devi Ajith) along with blind man Vinayakan (Vinayakan).
Raghava Menon works in tandem with the DGP (Janardhanan). The DGPs daughter Nandini (Bhavana) is in love with Menon .Menon uses the underworld rivalry and gathers information on police informers and those on the take to create havoc in mafia camps. What will happen if José finds the truth about Menon? Will the daring police officer succeed in decimating the mafia before they turn on him?
