Lurking Woods (2017)

Set in the rural areas of Western Australia, Lurking Woods is an Australian suspense thriller that is about the reunion of group of six young ex university students after a year apart. They agree to spend a luxurious weekend away in a tranquil woods location. A "seek and search" game secretly organised by the girls of the group ends up being the deciding factor in which guy will end up spending time with which girl during the weekend. The viewers experience the beautiful Australian scenery and landscape while the friends are shown catching up. After a bit of frolicking around, the game changes solemn and is not all fun and games in the peaceful neck of the woods . A masked person is lurking around in the woods and spying who later begins attacking the members group one by one. With some adrenaline high and mixed emotions, the suspense is kept alive as viewers watch what is going to happen next, who is behind the mask and why it's all happening. Not everything appears as it seems to be.
