Chingi is a mute girl lives with her father who is an Indian army officer. When she knows about her father's death on duty she starts to nurtures vivid memories of her living with him and the gift of a tri-colored pinwheel. A statue gets installed in his memory in the village and when her father's statue is demolished, she takes it upon herself to
restore her family’s pride.
