Deepa and Vijay are in love with each other and her mother despises the idea of giving her hand in marriage to a poor guy like Vijay. Vijay's friend Dharmesh helps them and unite them in wedlock. A Scoundrel Ranbir falls in love with Deepa and tries to attract her but Dharmesh puts a spanner in his plans as he knows him inside out. Will Deepa and Vijay's love survive the many obstacles??
