When few members from the medical profession are being murdered or kidnapped, it all gets traced backed to Dr. Maaran who explains the motive behind the mysterious deaths, and his life-long mission to abolish corruption in the medical industry. Maaran encounters his long lost brother Vetri who reveals that he is being targeted by a criminal named Daniel Arockiyaraj, who was the responsible for the murder of their father Vetrimaaran and their lost childhood.
