Fast-paced and fiery, this exquisitely crafted thriller is about Arjun (Mohanlal) whose father Ananthan (Madhu) is the uncrowned king of his native place. They are constantly being targeted by their arch enemies Mathukutty (Devan) and Cheriyan (Murali) [Chekkudi Brothers] who are supported by Abraham Varkey (Babu Namboothiri). Bent on destroying him, they employ any means necessary, taking advantage of the corrupt law enforcement machinery to ensure that Ananthan is one day arrested and sent to prison. Arjun is forced to come from Bangalore to release his father. But his first attempt fails. Chekkudi with the help of new Home minister Gopalan Pillai (Kollam Thulasi) and C.I Bharathan (Aziz) tries to catch Arjun and include him in many cases. Caught in a web of deception and corruption, will Arjun succeed in finding a way out and defeat his powerful foes?
