Hatun Ayhrun Surucu, a German woman of Turkish descent struggles to break free from the shackles of her family and lead an independent and self-determined life. She is faced with constant threats and abuses from her older brother who disapproves of her lifestyle. She decides to leave the house with her child to move into her friend's house and reports her brother to the police. The family is struggling to get a wife for her brother, her future killer.
