Israel 1995. One week before the Peace Rally in Tel Aviv and the assassination of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. Yarden is an adolescent girl and Hanoch's only child. When her father sends her to lock up the neighborhood air raid shelter, she meets Noy and Arik, who are "moonlight children" (teenage fans of radical Israeli singer, Aviv Geffen, back in the 1990s). Noy and Arik stretch Yarden's limits close to the breaking point and draw her into a world of youthful rebellion, a world that is saturated with leftist ideology in an atmosphere that knows no boundaries. When Hanoch forbids her to meet her two new friends, Noy and Arik invite her to join them at the Peace Rally.
