Ramachari is a youngster whose dream is to join the Police Department. He tries his best to get selected but his attempts are thwarted. Despite the disappointments, Ramachari continues to help the Police Department in whatever way he can. During one such intervention, Ramachari unearths a plot to assassinate the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Harischandra Prasad. He also discovers that the Police Commissioner Chadda is also a part of the conspiracy. Ramachari dons the role of a private detective and team up with his pals Ganguly and Chinta to stop this from happening.
