Laden with laughs, this action-oriented drama tells the story of DCP, Shiv Kumar an honest, brave and upright police officer. He lives with his wife, a daughter and two brothers, Ravi and Vijay who are very different from their brother, and professionally con people in order to make an easy living. When one of their burglaries goes awry, Shiv Kumar arrests them and tries to get them to mend their ways. In the meantime, Shiv Kumar decides to investigate against the deadly criminal, Shakal and is killed in the line of duty. How will the brothers react to their beloved elder brother's death? Do two small-time thieves have the wherewithal to take on the mighty and sadistic Shakal?
