Surdas (1978)

Divine and devotional, this biographical saga depicts the trials and triumphs in the life of Surdas, who was born blind and therefore treated in differently by his family. However, due to his pure love and devotion for Lord Krishna he started writing poetry and songs in his praise, and went on to become a renowned saguna bhakti poet and is widely regarded as a great saint.
