The television industry is taking rapid strides in North East India. Therefore, the competition among the News Channels is huge and they are always hungry for that exclusive breaking news to enhance their Television Rating Points (TRP). This thought-provoking tale incisively probes into this commercial phenomenon, seen through the eyes of 3 young friends (Gunjan Bhardwaj, Fairy Priya Ahmed and Prince Chowhan) who are all TV Journalists and work in two famous TV channels of the region, and a young girl (Urmila Mahanta) who is a victim of the Women Trafficking lobby. The crux of this socially relevant tale delves into the commercialisation and exploitative nature of the news and with the role of the Two Media Houses in the events that unfurl.
