In "Pandappa's Prayer," Pandappa beseeches God to provide a suitable groom for his daughter's marriage by sacrificing a ram. Bridegrooms from Bangalore arrive at the God's place to make their wishes, but the rams there do not shake their heads. Pandappa listens to the villagers' advice. The climax of the movie reveals whether the ram eventually shakes its head or not, determining the fate of Pandappa's prayers and his daughter's marriage.
