Drug lord Jizo aspires to expand his drug dealing business in Hong Kong across the borders with the help of his Mexican connections. On the other hand, Yu Shun-tin, a former triad member turned financial tycoon who has been affected by drugs since childhood due to his father, organizes a humongous bounty to eliminate the number one drug dealer in Hong Kong which causes a huge stir in the society. Chief superintendent Lam Ching-fung who intends to arrest Jizo is now protecting him as he deals with the psychological conflict between good and evil when he also finds the bounty attractive.
