After Gayzilla Golf accidentally causes celebrity Cathy to slip and fall into a coma just a week before she is scheduled to shoot a big TV commercial, he realizes that he must find a look-alike to replace her or face a 50 billion Baht lawsuit. He teams up with Gus, Kim, and Natty to search for a look-alike and luckily they find a street food hawker, Nam, who loos like Cathy but unfortunately for them she has a bad personality. They must groom her into a nice and well-behaved Cathy look-alike before the commercial shooting starts.
