Inspector Verma and Havaldar Bhawan singh arrest a criminal called Lalchand. In the process Bhawan singh dies and his son Ajay is taken in by Verma and brought up like his own son. Lalchand swears revenge and abducts Verma's own son, who after years leads a life of crime. After many years Ajay grows up to be a police officer like his father and Verma becomes a commissioner. Will Ajay and Verma avenge the death of Bhawan singh and will they be able to bring back Verma's son who is now a part of Lalchand's gang??
