'Vehicle 19' is a action packed thriller that involves a recently paroled man casually picks up his rental vehicle, after having just got off a long flight.
When he finds himself the target of an entire police force, he is shocked and bewildered before realizing that he has unwittingly picked up the wrong rental vehicle.
This car contains a tied up female 'passenger' in the trunk. When he learns that she is a witness with invaluable information and the ability to expose a nexus of corrupt local police, he must decide whether he will protect her and enable her to reach the court house to testify, alive and in one piece, or not!
With the powerful police force using any and every means possible to try and capture the witness before she can testify, will he manage to stay alive and ensure that justice is served?
