The entire team was filled with such talented and funny people that the biggest challenge for the members of the cast was to keep a straight face in front of the camera!

There was such an environment of spontaneity and fun that there were quite a few improvisations from what was scripted. This was perhaps due to the congenial environment created by Adam McKay where the cast had the freedom to do that – to play around and be spontaneous.

The entire cast of the original movie agreed to join the sequel even before the script was written as they were so excited about doing it.

This film was initially conceived as a musical and thus there are a few musical scenes in it.

It took three days to shoot the Winnebago stunt scene.
