Factual Mistake
During the television interview scene, the anchor introduces the character played by Kabir Bedi as Commander in Chief of the Indian Army. The Commander in Chief of the Indian Army is always the President of India. The character played by Kabir Bedi is more likely to be the Chief of Army Staff.

When Lucky falls from the roof, and grabs the gutter, it bends. In the next angle, it is straight again. Again in the next angle, it is bent.

When Brigadier Shekhar Sharma is introduced, he is holding his army uniform cap in his hand. In the next shot, he is wearing the cap and then takes it off again.

In the final fight between Ram and Raghava, several of the punches obviously do not connect.
The film marks Farah Khan's directorial debut.

The song "Chale Jaise Hawayein" was shot in a single take.

The film's title "Main Hoon Na" is a popular dialogue used by Shah Rukh Khan in many of his movies.

The first stunt Shah Rukh Khan does while walking on the wall was kept secret from director Farah Khan. She didn't want him to do it because of his back injury. She even threatened to tell his wife, Gauri.
